Christmas Meal Giveaway
During the holiday season we partnered with Dreaming Out Loud to bring catered meals to those in need. Volunteers distributed the food at two convenient pick‑up sites and also delivered meals to homes across Lexington Park, Washington DC, and community in between. Thanks to the generous support of our online donors, we were able to provide Christmas meals to 120 people.
25 Days of Kindness
Leading up to Christmas, we turned each day into an opportunity to spread warmth and flavor. Every day we delivered a food‑based act of kindness to our community: restaurant gift cards that opened doors to meals, grocery items that filled pantries, baskets of fresh produce and pantry staples, and spontaneous pay‑it‑forward moments in local eateries. On the last day we treated a lucky group to a fine dining experience, closing the month with a celebration of generosity and shared joy. Each gesture, no matter how small, helped make the holiday season brighter for those around us.
